Immortality.  It’s a mystery. We become spiritual bodies. We partake in the Eucharist. We pray to deepen our faith. Eternal life given us at baptism. Still it is hard to live and not fear death.

We let go only when our minds detach from fears our egos hold onto like iron shields. Releasing our grip takes faith in the belief that letting go strengthens spiritual armor with the holy hands of the Spirit in ours.
