It’s a Mystery

Immortality.  It’s a mystery.
We become spiritual bodies.
We partake in the Eucharist.
We pray to deepen our faith.
Eternal life given
us at baptism.
Still it is hard
to live and
not fear
death.

    You’ve really hit at the heart of it, Wendy. We know things with our mind and believe them when we say them, but living with that idea and making it a part of us, well, that’s a different thing. It takes a lifetime, maybe?
