I
carry
way too much
anxiety
upon my shoulders
wearing it like a yoke.
Unnecessary baggage.
Pack less worry. Leave fear at home.
The lighter the load, the easier
and more enjoyable is the journey.

The yoke of anxiety–switch it to the yoke of Jesus–“My yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” I don’t think that we can pack less worry and leave fear at home without divine intervention. At least I can’t!
