delicious by themselves
yet lovely mingled together.
These sacred gifts bountifully given
become in us the bread and wine,
transforming us into
vessels filled with
blessings.
Evil
lives among us.
We strive to save the world
with hard work and good intentions,
but our souls are tortured when we are torn
between loving those in need and
protecting ones we love
from the force of
evil.
It’s

too late to
start something new.
Wells of energy
bubble up inside us
and excitement overflows.
Deep, dark places we thought were dead
are suddenly filled with light and air.
Embrace the power of your own delight.
We
protect
ourselves
from outside harm
yet we are exposed
when we show emotion.
Letting feelings flow through us
we acknowledge an unmet need
which we can name. With emotion tamed
we can feel safe to explore new insights.
Waiting
expectantly
for the kingdom of God
we encounter many delays.
When we are ready and the time is right,
we will be equipped with patience
and humbly recognize

hold secrets of the universe
