All we have is today. Its fear and pain. The demonstrations of love and raw courage with a focus on oneness in the face of uncertainty. We can worry about tomorrow or lean into the Grace of suffering.

Be grounded. Take a breath. Head over heart. Energy flowing from feet firmly anchored to the earthly foundation, connecting to humanity in all places and throughout all time. Find strength and power in God’s steadfast love.

Now more than ever, shine light into the darkness of being. Illuminate the whole not just corners where fear lurks. Uncover dusty fields fallow from neglect, reaping reborn passions. Sow new seeds.  Trust the Spirit to guide you.

A blizzard foreboding, invisible, unprecedented. Emotion pours over crumbling walls of common sense. Staggered by blinding confusion, a fear of unknowing overwhelms. Reach out, grasp God’s hand tightly, let fear go.
