Our faith is a threshold which invites us to leave fear behind and to open the door, trusting that God is present in times that seem hopelessly thin. God is within, restoring our strength, turning anxiousness into well-being.

All we have is today. Its fear and pain. The demonstrations of love and raw courage with a focus on oneness in the face of uncertainty. We can worry about tomorrow or lean into the Grace of suffering.

Be grounded. Take a breath. Head over heart. Energy flowing from feet firmly anchored to the earthly foundation, connecting to humanity in all places and throughout all time. Find strength and power in God’s steadfast love.

Now more than ever, shine light into the darkness of being. Illuminate the whole not just corners where fear lurks. Uncover dusty fields fallow from neglect, reaping reborn passions. Sow new seeds.  Trust the Spirit to guide you.
